We understand that many donors prefer to send their gifts by mail. To make giving as flexible as possible, our donation forms allow you to select the Mail a Check option.
This means you can easily complete your donation commitment on the form, and then follow up by mailing us a check, ensuring your contribution is recorded immediately.
Online Form Submission for Check Donations
Simply choose the Pay by Check option to process your donation commitment and place it On Hold in our system.
Finalizing Your Donation
Once your commitment is submitted online:
- You will receive a confirmation email immediately. This email includes all mailing instructions and a link to our Mail-in Donation Form.
- Make your check payable to “Ukulele Kids Club Inc.” and mail it to the address provided in your confirmation email.
- Your donation status will be marked as Complete once the check has been received and processed by our team.
Advantages of the Pay By Check Option
Your contribution will be automatically and accurately recorded into our platform and you’ll be able to access your donation history in our Donor Dashboard where you can:
- Manage your account: View and edit your profile and contact information.
- Track your giving: See a full history of your donations and access your receipts anytime.
- Control your contributions: Update payment details, cancel, pause, or adjust the frequency of your recurring donations.
