The Ukelf's Holiday Uke Drive

Our new friend the Ukelf travels from the North Pole with one mission: to bring courage, comfort, and joy to children spending the holidays in the hospital. But he can’t do it alone.

This year, UKC is aiming to place 300 ukuleles into the hands of kids who need a spark of hope. Your support makes this possible. Give any amount, or become a SuperStar by sponsoring an entire hospital program.

The Ukelf's Holiday Story

The Ukelf is a smiling ukulele wearing an elf hat

Every December, something magical happens in children’s hospitals across the country. The Ukelf arrives with a bag full of ukuleles to place at kids’ bedsides.

He knows how hard it is to spend the holidays in the hospital, so he’s on a mission to bring joy, comfort, and music to every child he meets. And now he’s asking for your help to fill his bag.

Your donation places ukuleles directly into the hands of children who then work with music therapists to find healing and hope. Together, we can fill hospitals with music, smiles, and holiday magic.

Ways To Give

Music heals kids in hospitals. Let’s deliver it.

Support one hospital program for a full year. Provide 20 kids with their very own uke to use in music therapy sessions.

Adopt one hospital for a full year. Give 10 children their own ukuleles.

Provides 5 kids a uke of their own.

Provides 2 kids a uke of their own.

Every gift brings hope directly into a child’s hospital room.

The Ukelf Song Challenge

About The UKC

The Ukulele Kids Club (UKC) is a nonprofit organization that supports the healing power of music by donating ukuleles to children in hospitals and providing ongoing support to music therapists who use them as tools for healing.

  • ✔️ UKC has provided over 16,000 kids with a uke of their own.
  • ✔️ We partner with 400 music therapy programs across the U.S. and internationally that serve hundreds of children per year.
  • ✔️ The ukulele has become a symbol of joy, expression, and healing for thousands of kids, while inspiring the adult ukulele community around a meaningful way to give back.

Our Story

UKC was founded in 2013, inspired by one simple belief: Music helps kids cope, heal, and find joy even during the hardest moments. What began as a small act of kindness by Corey of donating a handful of ukuleles to a hospital, has grown into a worldwide movement where we deploy ukuleles to children facing physical and mental health challenges.
