About Donor Registration

For your protection, we only create accounts when you choose to opt in by checking the “Create an Account” box on our donation forms. With a donor account, you’ll gain access to our Donor Dashboard, where you can view and manage your profile, track your donation history, download receipts, and much more.

How do I create an account?

To keep your information secure, accounts can only be created when you check the “Create an account” box on one of our donation forms.

Is my donation tax deductible?

Yes! Ukulele Kids Club Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization and your donation is deductible to the full extent allowable under IRS regulations.

What is Ukulele Kids Club's Tax ID Number?

Our Tax ID Number (Employer Identification Number) is 46-4301063.

Is it possible for me to specify which facility my donation goes to?

You can designate your donation to the facility of your choice by becoming a UKC RockStar! A RockStar is a supporter who chooses to sponsor a hospital by funding all or most of the ukuleles that we donate to that facility. Learn more at theukc.org/rockstar.

Can I make a donation in honor or memory of a loved one?

Absolutely! We welcome honorary and tribute gifts to celebrate the lives of your loved ones. Making a donation in honor or memory is a meaningful way to pay tribute to someone special.

To contribute, simply visit our dedicated Donations page at theukc.org/donations. Once there, select the option to "Dedicate this Donation" and then choose the appropriate options to customize your tribute. Your thoughtful contribution will not only help us give the gift of music to medically fragile children but also serve as a lasting remembrance of those dear to you.
